A feminine retreat

Female empowerment is linked to a collective conscience on the part of women, and consists of actions taken by women who do not allow themselves to be inferiorized by their gender, and take attitudes that disagree with the limiting beliefs imposed by society.
This is the starting point of our journey.
We are conditioned by a society that imprisons us as sensitive beings that we are, that tells us that emotion, sexuality and pleasure must be controlled, hidden and repressed. We often forget that we are the sex that generates life, that brings sensitivity to the world, that allows art to breathe and express itself. We cannot forget that it is in us, Women, where life begins .
It is unnatural to deny what is innate for us to feel and experience. We should be able to express ourselves freely, without feeling like we need validation, and look at ourselves as the Goddesses that we really are.. To be free, autonomous. Connected with our Essence, without restrictions of beauty, pleasure or ambition.
But our hurried daily life prevents us from stopping and thinking about these issues, going to the bottom, to the heart of our dissatisfactions. And that's why we open this space for you , and for all our sisters, who want to explore their inner Goddess, demystify their sexuality, and heal what makes it impossible to connect with their feminine power. We make room for everyone who wants to dive deep and rescue their Feminine Essence . We make room for love, friendship, sisterhood, life, creation, creativity, beauty and sexuality.

Professionally, he is a Reiki, Biosintonia and CEMI - Integrative Multidimensional Stellar Consciousness, and NLP - Neurolinguistic Programming therapist. She is a speaker, life coach , psychotherapist, writer and poet, and cosmic traveller.
The world is where you walk, the limitless Universe is where you are. Creator and mentor of retreats, healing circles, spiritual celebrations, Reiki and Biosintonia initiations and CEMI. She practices yoga and teaches meditation, and LOVES what she does with her whole being. Her passions are inspiring people, touching them, transforming their lives, writing, painting, dancing, photography, traveling and teaching.
I am happy because I feel whole and because I love and accept myself as I am. Because I LOVE all living beings.

Maria Vilalobos
Facilitation
Creative actress with a degree in Theater from the University of Évora. Outside the country, she participated in projects such as Exchange-Breathe (Turkey, 2015); Say it Loud (Germany, 2017); Sometimes Je Ne Sais Pas Cómo Hablarte (Spain, 2017), Corps Intime, Corps Politique (France, 2018), Mr&Mrs Lover (Netherlands, 2018), Migr'art (Poland, 2019). Her main area of research is how sexuality is treated in our daily lives and how it is possible to use Theater and Performance as an essential tool in the development of sex education in Portugal. In order to explore this same theme, she completed a Masters in Interpretation and Artistic Direction at the Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo, in Porto. In this thematic context, she created the shows!REGA GENERAL and Nu Geral in which she stages and enters as an actress. In addition to being an actress and director, she is a teacher and poet at heart. She declaims recurrently in the Poemacto initiative; Winner of Poetry Slam Amadora 2021 and 2022, Slam Trafaria 2021 and finalist of the 7th Portugal Slam. Currently, she also works as an actress in the company Ninho de Víboras with the show “O Público” staged by Karas from the company Ninho de Víboras.
Ana Calinhos
Logistics and Communication
Curious and creative by nature, from an early age she felt a great connection with the occult, personal development and the arts. Drawing, painting and crafts are some of her great passions, which she began to develop more professionally since 2020 with her projects Cali Made This and Calidoscope (instagram), and in logistical partnership and communication with Marta Carvalho at the Art Temple artistic ceremonies. . Her internal journey began in mid-2017, having started 2nd Degree Reiki in 2021.
She is studying Digital Marketing and has a degree in Management at Nova SBE, with professional experience in programming, communication, event management and volunteer projects.
Casa Terra Raíz will welcome us with its harmonious outdoor spaces, its rooms inspired by the 4 elements of the Earth and amenities that we will be able to enjoy to relax and integrate our experiences during this retreat. Delicious vegetarian meals await us and nooks that bring us to the Here, and the Now. It is a true space of pure rest and soul rejuvenation, perfect to be the cradle of the feminine energy transformation that we are going to welcome. A space where Nature and its elements are carefully integrated, in harmony and fullness with the rhythms and cycles of those who visit it, the space and its energy.
